The proceeds contribute to a groundbreaking school in South African township Langa, visited by artists like Ed Sheeran and Skrillex. The annual IMS Cycle unites electronic music industry leaders to raise funds for under-resourced youth. Don’t miss this impactful event.

Wilderness Festival Cycle 2026

This summer, Bridges for Music is hosting a chaperoned cycle ride from London to Wilderness – a powerful fusion of movement, music, and mission. Fuelled by Music, Riding for Education. This unique journey offers not only a sustainable and memorable way to arrive at the festival but also a chance to support creative education initiatives for underserved youth in South Africa.

Riders will enjoy:

• Guided chaperoned ride from London to the festival
• A warm arrival welcome with refreshments and music
• Support vehicle access and luggage drop at the festival
• Optional massage recovery sessions on arrival
• Complimentary food and drink tokens to be enjoyed across the many stalls across the weekend

BFM x  ULTRA JOHANNESSBURG GALA DINNER 2026

The annual Bridges for Music Fundraising Gala Dinner in partnership with Ultra Music Festival has become the main music industry gathering of the year, with attendance of some of the biggest talent in the world of electronic music. This event has raised funds over the past 7 years to provide free education to over 200 students per year at the Bridges Academy in Langa, probably the most pioneering creative education school on the continent. This year Ultra South Africa celebrates their 10 year anniversary so expect a very spectacular event.

Over the past years the funding raised through the ADE Cycle has helped build the Bridges Academy, a pioneering creative school in the township of Langa (Cape Town), and to the education of many young underserved creatives. The Academy is a 1000 sqm modern facility with world-class recording studios, computer rooms, DJ rooms and a pioneering program combining music, entrepreneurship and mindfulness.
